Position: Selenium Automation - Playwright/TOSCA/Manual Testing
Experience: 4 to 12 years
Location: Kochi & Trivandrum

JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Role*Selenium Automation - Playwright/TOSCA/Manual Testing
2 Required Technical Skill Name*Selenium WebDriver with Java, Core Java, Automation Testing, TestNG / JUnit, REST API Testing, SQL
3 Desired Experience Range*4 + Years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Strong hands‑on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java.
Good programming skills in Core Java with experience using TestNG or JUnit.
Hands‑on experience in manual testing, including test scenario creation, test case design, and execution.
Experience with REST API testing (Postman / Rest Assured).
Basic working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Experience using Git for version control and collaboration.
Ability to Debug and fix flaky automation scripts and failures.

Good-to-Have
Exposure to BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, or similar modern automation tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
Understanding of test automation frameworks, reusable utilities, and design patterns.
Experience using build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Experience working in client-facing or fast-changing environments

Responsibility / Expectations
1 Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
2 Perform manual and automated testing of web applications to ensure product quality.
3 Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on requirements.
4 Analyze automation failures, debug issues, and improve stability and reliability of test scripts.
5 Perform API testing and validate backend integrations.
6 Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
7 Understand requirements and contribute to decisions on what to automate vs manually test.

TCS Eligibility Criteria: *BE/B.tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post
Qualification. *Only Full-Time courses would be considered.
