RegOps Field Associate – MBA Finance (Market Building Role)

This is a field-first, outcome-driven role focused on engaging with NBFCs, activating CA firm partnerships, and building the foundation of our go-to-market engine.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Market Discovery & Insights
Conduct in-depth conversations with NBFC leaders (CFOs, Compliance Heads)
Identify regulatory and operational inefficiencies
Translate field insights into business opportunities
Channel & Partnership Development
Identify and onboard CA firms as strategic distribution partners
Build and manage referral pipelines
Close partnership agreements
Client Engagement & Pitching
Conduct first-level product pitches to NBFC decision-makers
Represent the company in client meetings alongside the founding team
Build trust and drive early adoption
Distribution Strategy Execution
Segment the NBFC market by size, type, and need
Design scalable outreach frameworks
Build repeatable systems for growth
Feedback & Product Influence
Provide real-time insights to improve:
Pitch decks
Messaging
Product positioning


💼 Eligibility Criteria
MBA in Finance (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs)
Strong understanding of:
NBFC ecosystem
RBI regulations
Financial risk / NPA concepts

💰 Compensation & Benefits
Fixed stipend: ₹20,000/month
Performance incentives:
₹1,000 per qualified NBFC meeting
₹2,000 per CA firm onboarded
3% commission on deals closed
Travel expenses reimbursed
High-performing candidates will receive full-time offers after 60 days


📍 Location & Work Model
Field-based role (Kerala / South India focus)
Extensive travel and client interaction required
