Business development executive – IT Sales
Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business development Executive to join our sales team.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is a quick learner, takes initiative, and is eager to
kickstart their career in sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, comfortable
with customer interaction, and a true hustler with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calls, emails, and
networking.
* Qualify and follow up on inbound leads.
* Actively build and maintain a strong leads pipeline.
* Schedule and attend meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate IT solutions.
* Assist the sales manager and directors’ team in proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
* Maintain CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer information.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and product offerings to better serve potential clients.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in IT or technology sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* A go-getter attitude with the ability to take initiative and hustle to achieve sales goals.
* Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
* Motivated, self-starter with a passion for sales and technology.
* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
