    Job Description:

    The person shall bear the responsibility of driving the sales of our product in the Enterprise Segment. The IT Sales Person will be responsible for the sale of the product in the domestic and international enterprise segment.

    He / She will achieve the sales revenue/targets through negotiation and closure of sales by understanding current pain points and discussing appropriate solutions and value add with the customers. Will create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, pitch according to their specifications. Will also develop and implement B2B sales strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets. Will prepare business development strategies according to the needs of the client and should secure business opportunities by cultivating a mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Identify profile and address new business accounts and sell software application/Mobile Application/ IT services across various lines of business.
    Ability to Demo Software Products to the client.
    Identify opportunities and challenges and create strategies to maximize IT Solutions sales.
    Engage in new and existing client development activities which include cold calling, sourcing, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential end users/decision-makers, establishing contact relationships, follow-up client visits.
    Regularly connect to both prospective and current clients to build relationships and sell IT services offered by Qaptive and ensure customer satisfaction.
    Procure orders from the companies/ customers in the respective market, and communicate all details clearly to the person concerned in the organization. This should be strictly in line with the company's policies and business objectives.
    Build the brand name of Qaptive in the respective market, by suggesting and implementing suitable measures required.
    Track competition, conduct due diligence on the industry and always keep self and the company updated on the latest developments in the industry

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Minimum 2-4 years experience required, Excellent Communication skill with an attitude to learn
    Should be smart and energetic, aggressive & enthusiastic
    Experience of working in the domestic and international market for Web and Mobile app projects will be preferred.
    Should know about how to sell Web Applications, Mobile App services, and IT Products.
    Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Mobile Application Development and Web Development.
    Candidate should have the ability to generate leads independently or with the team.
    Candidate should have excellent communication skills, good selling attitude, result-oriented.
