  • Career Opportunities:
    Manage securing new commercial partners and sponsors revenue to optimize organization sustainability and profitability. Develop and manage a sales pipeline with existing and new innovative assets and sponsorship properties to drive substantial growth in commercial revenues.
    New Partner Development
    • Research and identify opportunities for new potential sponsors in line with our commercial partnership growth strategy.
    • Create lists of potential sponsors for upcoming tours and events, and keep master sponsorship contact list up to date.
    • Gather business intelligence and research new sales leads and prospects, distilling research findings into key insights to support the sales process.
    • Contact new prospects, and secure initial meetings through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
    • Develop sales materials for new business presentations and proposals tailored to the business priorities of the company.
    • Lead new sales pitches/meetings and negotiations with the aim of securing new partnership agreements and renewals.
    • Attend events with potential new partners to create sales opportunities.
    • Identify new opportunities within existing sponsors to drive incremental business.
    • Recommend improvements to sponsorship/partnership sales collateral and offering to increase value to sponsors/partners.
    Revenue Generation/ Pipeline Development
    • Develop and manage the strategic and tactical sponsorship/partnership pipeline with existing and new assets and sponsorship/partnership properties.
    • Produce weekly pipeline report and sales reporting as required.
    • Investigate new business/income generating opportunities through the development of innovative commercial assets.
    • Work with the Head of Commercial and Partnerships to develop and manage the CRM reporting tools to enhance the strategic approach to sales
    Need to be a hunter and gather to source new partnership opportunities. Cold calling is key elements in partnership prospecting.
    Level of Education : Tertiary degree
    Field of Education : Commerce, Business or Marketing
    Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience of active new business development with new partners, sponsors and accounts
    Language Requirements: Strong command of the English language (additional languages are an asset)
