    Business Analyst

    1) Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
    2) Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
    3) Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
    4) Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
    5) Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
    6) Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.

    Operational Management

    1) Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.
    2) Create system design proposals.
    3) Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
    4) Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
    5) Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
    6) Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
    7) Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
    8) Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.

    Preparing, analyzing, and highlighting the exceptions to top and middle level management.
    Automation of various reports with available data, with excellent Excel skills.
    Responsible for managing all MIS related work like managing data, preparing dashboards, respond to ad hoc analysis requests, analysis on special project in a timely and accurate manner to help management in effective decision making.
    Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports & dashboards.
    Manage confidentiality of the data handled and ensure accuracy of the data recorded.
    Preparing and maintaining all critical documents and coordinate with the concerned department.
    Coordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms to control collections and receivables.

    Mandatory Skills

    Min 2 year experience as MIS executive
    Should have excellent knowledge on excel and advanced excel
