    Roles & Responsibilities
    • HR Payroll management for in-house employees.
    • Salary Processing and Statutory Compliance (PF and statutory compliance).
    • Time and attendance management for in-house employees.
    • Resource planning & recruitment.
    • Manage recruitment lifecycle for sourcing the best talent to the company within set timelines.
    • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn).
    • Pre-screen applicants, schedule client interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
    • Coordinate the Induction program of all new employees.
    • Prepare letters for the appointment, relieving & increment.
    • Conduct exit interviews.
    • Data Management / MIS Report.
    • Perform day to day operations of HR functions & duties.
    • Compile & update employee records (hard & soft copies).
    • Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules & regulations etc.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    · Hands-on programming with Core Java skills

    · Experience with good design skills – identifying and applying right design patterns, right frameworks Managing and owning the team’s code quality in terms of using the right practices, right code coverage

    · Managing teams’ deliveries– unblocking team members, coordinating dependencies, guiding technical approaches for a problem Development skill considering quality, extensibility, reusability, performance, reliability, and security

    · Excellent debugging and analysis skills, identifying fixes for reported issues by business team/users in production

    · Supporting delivered projects.

    · Requirement and impact analysis either for new business requirements or for modifying existing application

    · Managing code quality in terms of code practices and design § Good unit testing skills with proper test coverage § Participating in performance tuning/improvement

    Desired Candidate

    7+ years of development experience, with at least 4 years of technical leadership experience at the project level.
    Experience designing and implementing SOA, Microservices and REST API
    Well versed with RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB),
    Cloud experience, specifically in AWS
    Exposure to frameworks like Struts 2, Hibernate and Spring and Code control system and build tools (Maven).
    Experience with AWS Platform and Microsoft Azure is an asset
    Excellent understanding of the application development, coupled with infrastructure, data and security architecture skills
    Experience working with banking solutions/ complex enterprise solutions
    Experience working with Enterprise Service Bus and integration platforms
    Professional, reliable, and with a strong work ethic
    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    Organized with the ability to multitask (i.e., finish short-term projects while managing ongoing long-term ones)
