    We are adding a Sr. HR Manager to our team in InfoPark, Cochin.

    It is a newly created position to help the company's goal to double in size every 2 years!.

    It is a regular full-time position with attractive salary and perks.

    Shift : 1PM-10PM Shift

    Key Responsibilities:
    ⦁ Actively support company's vision and growth plans
    ⦁ Well rounded HR generalist experience with demonstrated competence in talent
    management, performance management, change management, and driving
    cultural change
    ⦁ Successful track record of implementing HR strategies to achieve business goals
    with tangible measures of success
    ⦁ Experience effectively working with leaders and employees at all levels of an
    organization to develop and implement programs that drive performance and
    attract and retain top talent.
    ⦁ Make decisions on a strategic and tactical basis
    ⦁ Manage payroll and benefits
    ⦁ Handle employee issues
    ⦁ Review the HR functions and processes of the company and modify if needed
    ⦁ Manage compliance with government regulations
    ⦁ HR systems & Policies: Designing, Developing, Deploying, Monitoring and
    adherence to HR Systems and HR policies in the organization

    Key Traits and Qualifications:
    ⦁ Strategic and tactical thinker and problem solver
    ⦁ Good judgment, professional integrity and accountability
    ⦁ Self motivated, organized, detail oriented and pro-active
    ⦁ 10+ years of Human Resources experience covering most HR functions
    ⦁ 3+ years of HR Managerial experience in companies with 200-600 employees
    ⦁ Service industry experience
    ⦁ Great communication and inter-personal skills

    Work involves interaction with professionals in the USA.

    Analyze the Job requirement of our Direct Clients like Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, Pfizer, Boeing, etc.

    Search, screen and short-list candidates based on various aspects from Job portals (Monster, Dice, and Career Builder) and through Social networking & relevant community sites.

    Conduct initial round of interviews with candidates and forwarding them to the Account Manager in US Office.

    Post jobs in various sites, updating requirement list, preparing daily tracker.


    Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).

    Knowledge of IT / Clinical terminologies would be an added advantage.

    Ready to work in Evening shift (5:00 pm 2:00 am), Monday - Friday.

    Should be willing to give us a working commitment for minimum 2 years.
