    We are looking for highly talented and motivated engineers responsible for the implementation and support of our software product eMAM (http://www.empressmam.com).

    eMAM is an innovative, fast-paced, and growing software product that delivers an enterprise-level media asset management (MAM) platform to the customers throughout the world.


    Your Responsibilities:

    Work collaboratively with a highly talented team of technical support engineers to deliver software implementation/support services to customers around the globe.
    Provide a professional level of technical support to eMAM customers via phone, chat and email updates.
    Take ownership of issues reported by the customer and work towards its resolution.
    Provide immediate solution/workaround and guide customers until the issue is resolved.
    Communicate clearly and concisely with customers in written and verbal form, and maintain accurate and timely records on our ticket tracking system.
    Recreate customer issues in a local lab environment, the root cause analysis and work with the engineering team to make bug fixes.
    Perform system upgrades and system migration.
    Provide support to eMAM re-sellers and system integrators as they deploy our eMAM software to customers.
    Create and improve our Knowledge Base content.
    Act as an advocate for the customer and contribute to product development.


    Requirements:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    1+ years of experience in software and technical support.
    Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills.
    Knowledge of software implementation and server/desktop/network administration.
    Good knowledge of Windows, Linux and Mac Operating Systems.
    Experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
    Knowledge of Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP. Certification will be a plus.
    Willingness to work on rotational 24/7 shifts.

    Software / Technical Support Engineer - 1 + yrs exp
    We are looking for highly talented and motivated engineers responsible for installation, configuration, testing and to support software applications.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide software application technical support.
    Provide Production support for web-based applications developed in .net or java.
    Support Windows Server, IIS Web Server, and SQL Server.
    Troubleshoot, resolve, document and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution to customer problems or elevate to a higher level of requests are outside of the scope of competence.

    You will be working collaboratively with a highly talented team of technical support engineers in India and in the US to deliver software support services to customers around the globe.

    This position provides a wide variety of technical exposures and challenges requiring the use of tools, software, and technology to solve problems.

    Requirements:

    1+ years of experience in software and technical support.
    Software implementation and server/desktop/network administration.

    Customer-facing experience dealing with both technical and non-technical users.
    Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills to solve technical problems.
    Experience in hardware, software and network support.
    Experience Web server configuration and administration.
    Self-starter, motivated, smart, and hard-working individual.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
    Ability to identify, research, resolve technical issues.
