    We are looking for L1 Support (technical) engineers for our software applications and software products.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide software application support for our international clients.

    Provide Production support for web-based applications developed in .net or java.

    Resolve, document, and track technical issues to ensure timely resolution to customer problems.

    You will be working collaboratively with a highly talented team of technical support engineers in India and in the US to deliver software support services to customers around the globe.


    Requirements:

    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

    * 0 to 1 yr experience in software and technical support.

    * Good Customer service skills.

    * Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills.

    * Knowledge of software implementation.

    * Knowledge of computer networking, FTP, HTTP, DNS, Active directory, etc.

    Technical Skils:

    - Development experience in web, desktop, and mobile applications.
    - Experience in latest tools & technologies like asp.net, c#, vb.net, Java, Javascript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, NodeJS, Web Services, API etc.
    - Experience in databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB etc.

    Your Responsibilities:

    Working collaboratively with a highly talented team of technical support engineers to deliver software implementation/support services to customers around the globe.
    Providing a professional level of technical support to eMAM customers via phone, chat, and email updates.
    Taking ownership of issues reported by the customer and work towards its resolution.
    Providing immediate solution/workaround and guide customers until the issue is resolved.
    Communicate clearly and concisely with customers in written and verbal form, and maintain accurate and timely records on our ticket tracking system.
    Recreating customer issues in a local lab environment, the root cause analysis, and work with the engineering team to make bug fixes.
    Performing system upgrades and system migration.

    We are looking for candidates with proven experience in software development and management, to work on different custom software development projects.

    Responsibilities:

    - Actively participate in software requirement gathering meetings with the business & technical teams.
    - Work with various team members to define & document requirements, scope, objectives, and functional and technical specifications.
    - Analyze existing software applications and databases.
    - Work with programmers and clients to prepare development time estimates and manage to deliver quality software.
    - Work with the development team to test the s/w to make sure that the developed functionality meets the requirements.
    - Development sprint management, provide development status updates and demos/presentations.
    - Manage requirement changes, project scope, and schedules.
    - Software testing, prepare & perform user acceptance test (UAT) against functional design.

    Required Skills:

    - 5 + Years of Overall IT experience (web, desktop & mobile applications).
    - 1 + Years of exp in software development management.
    - 1 + Years experience in Software testing.
    - 1 + Years exp in software development - .net, Java, and other tools.

    - SDLC and project management methodologies.
    - Agile, Scrum, and other development methodologies.
